She had done everything except connect it.
The specialist had the skills, a room and word of mouth. What she didn't have was a way for a stranger to find her, understand what she does and book. No website, no social presence, no clear name for the service, in a market where three languages are spoken within twenty kilometres.
The first task was to build a path for a new client. We started with the website and an Instagram account set up as a business card, then created and wrote the blog and launched the ads.
One offer, one page, one channel — then scale.
- Positioning I always start with an interview, to understand in the specialist's own words what she offers. Then I study the market and what people actually come to her with. My job is to make her services clear to a client, find the main pain and show how she solves it. That is how eleven procedures became one entry offer at €70. Week 1
- Website in four languages A conversion-focused site in English, Italian, German and Russian with booking as the only primary action. Weeks 2–4
- Local SEO foundation Structured data, service pages, Google Business Profile and consistent business information across directories. Weeks 3–5
- Meta Ads launch Small budget, one audience, three creatives, tracking verified end-to-end before scaling anything. Week 5
- Optimisation Winning creative scaled, acquisition cost driven down, retargeting added for site visitors. Weeks 6–10
- Content engine A repeatable Reels and carousel plan so organic traffic kept growing after the ads found their level. Weeks 8–12
- Day 0 No website, no Instagram, no digital clients
- Day 30 Four-language site live, tracking verified
- Day 45 First clients booked through Meta Ads
- Day 60 Cost per acquired client down to €4
- Day 90 Calendar booked a month ahead
What actually changed
Within 90 days she went from zero online clients to a calendar booked a month ahead. Paid acquisition cost €4 per client on a €70 service, a 17× return on ad spend, while organic traffic grew 312% from practically nothing. The site now serves four language markets from one domain.
The site alone wouldn't have done it. The ads alone wouldn't have done it either.
What can change in 90 days.
If you have a real service, capacity to fill and no reliable way for strangers to find you, this is the same problem in a different room.
