Paid advertising · Meta + ChatGPT
Meta Ads and ChatGPT Ads for service businesses in Europe
I plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns with the offer, the landing page and the tracking connected from the start. So we can see not only who clicked, but which enquiries turned into real bookings.
EN · IT · RU. Your advertising accounts remain under your ownership.
Before launch
First I check whether paid traffic makes financial sense.
Advertising works better when three things are already clear.
Offer
People can quickly understand what you sell, who it is for and why they should choose it.
Conversion path
Every click leads to one clear next step: an enquiry, a booking or a purchase.
Measurement
We can follow the journey from the advertisement to a qualified enquiry.
If one of these is missing, I scope the fix before the campaign — not after the budget has been spent.
Channels
Two channels, different jobs
I choose the channel by the way people make the decision, not by which platform is getting the most attention right now.
Meta Ads
Main channel
For services that benefit from visual proof, local reach and repeated contact.
Best suited when
- people are not actively searching yet
- the service can be shown visually
- the business needs a steady flow of new prospects
- retargeting and repeated contact matter
The work can include campaign structure, audiences, copy, creative direction, Meta Pixel, conversion events, launch and ongoing optimisation.

ChatGPT Ads
Additional test channel
For services and products people research, compare or ask detailed questions about before they decide.
Worth knowing
- self-serve campaigns are open in 31 European markets, Italy included
- the ad is clearly separated from ChatGPT's own answer
- advertisers do not receive the contents of people's conversations
The work can include account and eligibility checks, campaign structure, ad groups, creative, a landing-page review, the OpenAI Pixel, the Conversions API and the analysis of the first test.
Discuss ChatGPT Ads
ChatGPT Ads is an additional test channel, not an automatic replacement for Meta.
Case study · Bodywork, Italy
From irregular promotion to a calendar booked out.
The client had been promoting the practice on her own for two years. We connected a four-language service page, Meta Ads and booking through the messenger into one client journey.
The result after 90 days
- €4 cost per acquired client, on a €70 service
- ×17 return on advertising spend
- 90 days to a calendar booked a month ahead
Calculated from confirmed bookings and attributable revenue during the 90-day period.
Strategy
Offer review, audience, choice of channel, campaign objective and the test plan.
Campaign setup
Account structure, audiences or ad groups, advertising copy and an initial set of creatives.
Measurement
Meta Pixel or OpenAI Pixel, the Conversions API where it is relevant, GA4 and events for enquiries and bookings.
Optimisation
Regular monitoring, decisions taken on sufficient data, and a short written report explaining what happened and what changes next.
Your advertising account, your data and the campaign history stay in your ownership.
Process
From the first assessment to a campaign with reliable measurement
- 01
Initial assessment
We talk through the service, the market, the average client value, your capacity and the advertising budget available.
20 minutes · free
- 02
Preparation
I review the offer and the landing page, set up the tracking and prepare the campaign structure and the first creative.
Usually 3–5 working days
- 03
Controlled launch
The campaign starts on a limited budget. I check delivery, tracking and the quality of the first enquiries.
First 2–4 weeks
- 04
Review and optimisation
We look at cost, the quality of enquiries and confirmed bookings, then decide what to improve, what to scale and what to stop.
Ongoing, if we continue
The first data often appears within 7–14 days. A reliable conclusion depends on the budget, the number of conversions and how long your clients take to decide.
Pricing
Clear fees. The advertising spend stays separate.
Setting a channel up and running it every month are two different pieces of work, so they are priced separately.
Meta Ads setup
€350
One-off
A review of the offer and the landing page, campaign structure, the first audiences, tracking, and the launch of the first campaign.
ChatGPT Ads setup
€490
One-off
Account and eligibility checks, campaign and ad-group structure, the first ads, the OpenAI Pixel, and the launch and analysis of the first test.
Ongoing management
From €390
Per month, one channel
Monitoring, optimisation, as many new ad variations as the campaign needs with no monthly cap, and a written report every month. Two channels together from €590 a month.
A setup ends with the launch and the first analysis; carrying on afterwards is the monthly arrangement. The advertising budget is paid directly to Meta or OpenAI. Building a website, extensive photo or video production and CRM work are quoted separately.
Questions
Before starting
How much advertising budget do I need?
It depends on the country, the audience and the price of the service. Before the setup I work out whether the budget available can produce enough data for a useful test. If it cannot, I will say so and suggest waiting or another route.
Is the advertising budget included in your fee?
No. My fee covers strategy, setup and management. The advertising budget is paid from your own account, directly to Meta or OpenAI.
Do I need a new website before launching ads?
Not necessarily. I look at the page you have first. If it explains the offer and gives a clear route to an enquiry or a booking, we can use it. If it doesn't, I'll tell you what has to change before the launch.
How quickly will we know whether the campaign works?
The first meaningful data often appears within 7–14 days. A more reliable conclusion can take 4–8 weeks, depending on the budget, the number of conversions and the length of the sales cycle.
Can you guarantee a certain number of leads?
No one can promise that honestly before the test. What I can promise is correct tracking, transparent reporting and decisions based on actual enquiries and bookings rather than likes and impressions.
Who owns the advertising accounts and the data?
You do. Wherever it is technically possible the campaigns are built in your own accounts, and the history stays with you.
