The price depends on the task, on the connections and on how much setting up it takes. Before we start we fix the scope of work and the cost of the services.

What is included in the base price

Up to 30 agreed questions and answers, the tone of voice, one calendar and one round of edits.

The basic way to book is through a ready-made form. Booking inside the conversation itself is quoted after checking what the chosen service can do.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and integrations are not part of the base price.

If it needs designing on its own first, I'll propose a preliminary study with a result you can use on its own and a price we agree beforehand.

Only need online booking?

I'll choose and set up a ready-made service: your services, the schedule, the confirmation and the reminder about the appointment.

One specialist, one calendar, up to three services. A link or the standard widget for your existing site, and a walkthrough, are included.

The service subscription is paid separately. What the reminders can do depends on the plan you choose.

What the setup covers

Working hours, appointment length, breaks, the standard confirmation and one email reminder.

Migrating an existing client base, taking payment, WhatsApp, several members of staff and custom changes to the site are quoted separately.

Payment for the setup: 50% before we start and 50% once the agreed result is accepted.

Cost of the services

Subscriptions and platform usage are paid separately. Before the work starts I show you which plans are needed, what the limits are and which extra costs are possible.

Your own accounts

I build the solution in your accounts. You get the access and the instructions, so you can run it yourself.

Help after the launch

For 30 days I fix errors in the setup we agreed. New features and further support are a separate arrangement.

Ongoing support is not compulsory. For the system to keep working, the necessary subscriptions and access have to stay in place.

How long it takes depends on the scope and on how available the connections are. We agree it before we start.

Questions

Asked before we start

Do I have to use AI at all?

No. For booking, reminders and moving data around, ready-made services are often enough. AI comes in where the work involves questions, text or information that has no fixed structure.

Can I use the services I already have?

First I check what they can do. If the connections we need are available, we set the process up on the tools you already use.

Can the assistant get something wrong?

It can, which is why we agree the material and the limits before launch, test the typical questions and set up the handover of difficult enquiries to a person. The important information has to be kept up to date.

Will clients know they are talking to AI?

Yes. The assistant introduces itself as an AI helper and explains how to reach a person.

Can you connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Telegram?

Whether a channel can be connected is checked for the chosen service and for your account. The channels, the features and the costs are fixed before the setup starts.

What will you need from me?

A description of the task, information about your services and access to the tools involved. I prepare the exact list after we talk, because it depends on the solution we choose.

How is the data handled?

Before anything is connected we agree which data is needed, where it is processed and who has access. Retention settings and the documents required are decided for the specific project.

Do I need ongoing support?

Simple setups you can run yourself, and I hand over the instructions. For AI assistants and complex processes we can agree separately on checks, updates and further work.
